The Art of Jean V. Moyle
From Saturday 1st June - Sunday 30th June
An historic exhibition of exquisite water-colour paintings and sketch books reflecting a life-time of dedication to the natural environment around the River Wakefield and it's country. An historic exhibition Jean Moyle's grand daughter, Sandra Crawley has collated the work for this exhibition. Most of he paintings are on loan from her family collections. Some pieces have been donated to the Auburn branch of the National Trust by family and local residents and are on loan for the exhibition. Also launching a reprint of Mrs Moyle's hand written and illustrated book 'AUBURN DISTRICT, A Story of Wild Flowers' to be sold in aid of the Auburn ranch of The National Trust. |
