Eyre and Sea

Carolyn Lally, Glenys Brokenshire, Hellen Bakhoff

From Saturday 3rd September - Sunday 25th September 2022

'Eyre and Sea' is the first exhibition by these three artists as a group. It features scenes and details inspired by a selection of photographs taken by Hellen.  They all have a love of the South Australian coast and a fine attention to small details as well as the wide-angle vistas.

An exciting exhibition of work inspired by photographs taken around the Eyre Peninsula.

Each artist has her own distinctive style and favourite media.

Carolyn works in mixed media, combining mono-print techniques with her own stamps, stencils, Zentangle drawing and textiles.

Glenys is a painter, using mainly acrylics with skillful drawing and calligraphy techniques.

Hellen is a textile artist who has been concentrating on hand stitch and beading, more recently combining some techniques with mixed media.
